Tracking numbers are generated when the item is packed and will be e-mailed to the e-mail address associated with the order when the item ships.

All returns must be in new, unused, or unworn condition and must have all original tags and/or stickers attached. Refunds will not be issued for used merchandise. Items that are made to order or personalized are not returnable. These items are marked as such in their description.
Damaged or Incorrect MerchandiseIf you should happen to receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please contact University Locker Room within 14 days of receipt to obtain an RMA number and instructions on how to return the item. Once the damaged or incorrect merchandise is received at our warehouse a replacement item will be shipped to you free of any additional shipping charges.
